Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping at Ayashime. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a separate email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Worldwide Shipping

We ship to customers around the world. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination, the size of your order, and the shipping method selected.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 10–12 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, peak periods (holidays, sale events), or events outside our control.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items have separate dispatch timelines that are listed on the individual product page. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready, unless you contact us to request otherwise.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation for the tracking information to update with the carrier.

If you haven't received your order within 20 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ayashime.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.

We are unable to predict or control these charges, as they vary by country and are determined by your local customs authority. If you are unsure whether your country charges import fees, please check with your local customs office before placing your order.

Refusing a package due to customs charges does not entitle the customer to a full refund β€” return shipping and any incurred customs fees will be deducted from any refund issued.

Lost or Missing Packages

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier and is in transit, the carrier becomes responsible for delivery. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office
  2. Wait 48 hours β€” packages occasionally update as delivered before actually arriving
  3. If still missing, contact us at support@ayashime.com within 7 days so we can help open a carrier investigation

If the carrier confirms a package as lost in transit, we will work with you on a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Ayashime is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at support@ayashime.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
